handcrafted profiled cane for contra bassoon
We believe in old-fashioned handwork. Electric milling machines are less accurate and can damage the surface of the reed blade. We work with high-end profiling machines with razor-sharp chisels and do not use electrical routers. Although this way of working is more labor intensive, we stick to it. Only in this way we achieve a perfectly profiled surface that exactly meets your desired specifications.
Your cane is always selected: on shape, color and especially hardness. The too hard and too soft cane has been removed.
